Obituary
Mrs. Barbara Major was born to the late James and Mary S. Jones on December 29, 1943. She was the youngest of twelve children. She entered into eternal rest on July 2, 2021 at her residence in Camden, SC.
She received her early education in the public schools of Kershaw County. Mrs. Major retired as a Correctional Officer having worked for over 25 years with South Carolina Department of Corrections in Kershaw County.
She leaves to cherish her fond memories, her husband Walter Major, one son Sean Lorenzo Major, two granddaughters Deonna Latriese Hawkins and Saryiah Labrynn Wince, one brother Isaac Jones, a host of cousins, nephews, nieces, and friends.
